So basically I can't conect to the server, patch download failed. I'm alredy search, read and follow every step you guys write previously in the forums (DEV, whitelist AV, run as administrador, etc.) and still doesn't work. Sooo... what do I supose to do? I'm using Windows 10, VPN (Psiphon) and I live in china
 
Soooo idk what happen but I was trying different PSO BB server, Ultima seems ok but for some reason the game crash when I try to create a character, Schthack seems is the only server work properly at least in my computer without any problem, in the end, maybe is the software problem?
