No banner for level 30 attack techs?

I thought a recent update said there would now be a banner for these. And here I found Rafoie 30 and there was no such banner.pso133286845544295840.png
 
Oh, damn it. I made a typo in the code.

Very sorry. I've memory patched it on the ships for now (so it should be working as of NOW).

Accidentally checked the second byte of the item for 0x03 (tool) instead of the first byte. Yikes.

SORRY FOR ROBBING YOU OF YOUR WELL-DESERVED BANNER. :'(

Going to punish myself by going to bed now.
