Newb Question about Ephinea

Hey all,

I'm new to this server and haven't played psobb since scht over 6-7 years ago.

I had a question about the event mag cells and was wondering how or when this server drops them?

I always love making a devil wings mind mag and it's sort of blocking me from moving forward with the thoughts of leveling a regular mag past 49 haha.
