New weekly boost idea: Hit % chance increase.

Hi Team,

Consider adding a weekly boost that gives a 10% chance for a weapon to have Hit % instead of 5%. I think this would be interesting and add a bit to the mix. (Or do 8% if you think 10% is too OP, IDC.)

This should replace the rare enemy appearance rate increase. That particular boost only applies to a few areas in the game and is objectively the weakest boost in terms of aiding overall progression.

I like it. Though why not combine the weaker rare enemy buff with exp+ or dar+ instead of getting rid of it?

i think Ade´s suggestion would more players motivate to spent time on ephinea then a combined rare enemy boost (somehow i have not much hope that anything will be changed :/)
