Hi there,
I have been playing on my desktop for the past several months but after 6 long years, it is on its last legs. I have replaced it with an MSI Claw A1M Ultra 7 and a docking station so I can now game on the go. But when logging into PSO BB / Ephinea, I get a this account is banned error. When I do switch back to my old desktop, it lets me in fine.
So far I have turned off MSI M Centre overlays which show temp, FPS etc, set the installation folder as "safe" within Windows Defender, ran it as administrator from the online.exe, also ran as administrator the online compatibility mode and disabled memory integrity in core isolation.
None of this has helped and I assume the session ban is due to something else on my MSI Claw triggering the anti cheat system. Has anyone seen or heard of this before when playing on a gaming handheld and have any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
