Monkey king bar 0/15/0/0/50

Very difficult to PC. Best bet would be to auction it, for sure. I personally doubt you'd get an uber however since a lot of people are happy with their 30 hits, but you'll definitely get a lot of PDs for it.
 
Based on rarity it's definitely Uber+ Value. 50 Hit rares are...well...RARE.
Based on usage it depends on if you prefer %s over Hit on BKB. Around 99PDs seems fair to me.
I'd say like 150 if it didn't have AB, because then you could sphere Dark and something else.
