Missing account rewards for season participation

I dont want to be impatient, but it makes me feel better if i have an place where the admins can take notice outside of the shoutbox that something has gone wrong. I also want to encourage everyone who also hasnt got their season rewards properly.

1. #42006011 : no acc photonsphere for +150 achievement; Seasonchars: slot 5 and 8
2. #42026950 : no liberta kit for lvl 80 achievement, no acc photonsphere for +150 achievement; Seasonchars slot 5+6

any news about this would be very welcome...thanks for your hard work in advance @serverstaff but it seem that some players got it properly and i want to give us an voice, dont mind me.

Having the same problem, played 2 characters on one account. PS is missing.

Slot 11 char was level 150+

Ye, I'm 42000134 and I only got stealth kit. I'm missing a liberta kit
I have a 105 HUnewearl in slot 11, and a 63 HUcast in slot 12.

Maybe has something to do with having more than one character. My 2nd char was lvl 148 -> no PS. Your Hucast is 63 -> no Liberta Kit.

I'm in the same boat - 2 Season chars 157 and 143, and only got Liberta Kit and Stealth.

For some reason some accounts didn't have certain achievement flags actually flagged on their account.

I wrote another scan which should provide the missing items for people automatically, but I'll have to do another maintenance tomorrow morning to correct the missing items for people.

Sorry about this and sorry you have to wait another day to receive your rewards.

EDIT: I'll be posting a list of the guildcard #s and rewards missed in this thread as soon as my test scan is done. So far, it's confirmed some of the items missing but it's only 3% done scanning so far.

Before doing this can you please clarify:

I was checking some of the achievements from the listed GCs. User 42002327 is missing all 3 rewards, he is listed in the leaderboard under "Meseta Charged" character name God, Hucast level 185. But when searching for his achievements, all 32 slots appear to be empty, as if this person never played seasons.

EDIT Same for:
42028642
UNO lvl 200 HUcast 42001536, if this is THE pink hucast I'm not sure he played seasons at all
42028704 gets Liberta Kit and PS, but is just level 46
42010278 @XiCwoodXi getting all 3 rewards, max level 9 (sorry bruh )

Looks like there were 2 problems with the first scan.
#1 People playing more than 1 character, one reaching a certain level milestone like 150, the 2nd character staying below 150. Then no PS was rewarded. This is the case for me, but also other people like 42027956.
#2 People getting falsely flagged as seasons for whatever reason...

I was honestly just gonna let this happen. THis is my first normal account. I just thought I'd point out it's funny you're checking on the achievement page for all the accounts lol.

Edit: I didn't report this account as missing a sphere. It just appeared on Soda's list.

I also think it's funny they actually went through and checked peoples' information. That's kind of no life status, but whatever.
