Mag not evolving into Nidra ???

I have a mag that I evolved into a Sato at Lv.100

I tried evolving it into a Nidra at Lv.110, 120, 130, and 140. I've tried it with different characters, all with qualifying Section ID's/Class/Sex and Mag stats.

Do mags lock once they've evolved into their 4th form? Or is something else wrong?
 
Yes, once a mag has evolved/used cell into a 'rare mag' this connot change (other than chuchu > Puyo). Only NONE-RARE evolutions can change.

4th evolution counts as a rare mag.
