Mag Cell/common bank

I got a cell of 213 from a hallo rappy. I went to use it on the mag i was raising on my greenill, and it evolved into a Pretra. I then put it into the common bank to give to my yelloboze HUcast. When i re-accessed my bank, it was a Churel. I went back to my greenill, and the mag was still a churel. Reporting that there seems to be an error with mag cell mags inside the bank. After I finally got the good Pretra, now I'm stuck with a Churel.
 
I doubt this has anything to do with the bank. The mag evolution wasn't done correctly on the server and you only saw what it turned into AFTER putting it in the bank and re-accessing.

Can you tell me the class of your Greenill character?
 
Looks like we have the cell use backwards in the code for cell 213.

Odd section ID #s are getting Churel when they should be getting Preta.
Even section IDs are getting Preta when they should be getting Churel.
 
Thanks for finding this quick. Did not want this to drag out too long with all the stuff I'm going through (moved on Saturday).
