low lvl techniques

i am currently lvl 45 and am a ranger capable of casting some low lvl techniques

the shop only sells high lvl techniques now

is there any way i can find low lvl techniques now?

You could simply get someone to loan u their mind mag and then use it to learn all the techs on hand up till your char's limit which happens to be lvl 15.

Or you could invest in making your own mind mag which gives u a hug advantage the next time you wanna start using a Force type char.
