Lost Havoc Vulcan (Ives)

Could we get Lost Havoc Vulcan? (If it's okay with Ives, of course.)

The quest was created prior to Lost Hell Pallasch and prior to when we knew Sega intended to release a Ruins Hopkins quest. In this regard, it filled an important void, and is superior to the Sega quest in many ways.

Is there any intent to add this lost gem? It was always one of my favorites.
