Long startup/load times?

Ever since the maintenance completed last night, April 19th, booting up the game takes an unbearable amount of time (average of 90-100 seconds) and every action up until entering the game lobby (pressing enter on the title screen, pressing enter to connect after the greeting message, loading the character select screen and loading the lobby/selecting a ship/block the causes the game to freeze for around 4-5 seconds and crawl at a low fps until said actions are completed. Once the character loads into the game, it seems to play normally. This only began to occur after the maintenance and persists after a reinstall of the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What CPU are you running, if I may ask?

EDIT: I put out a DLL update 1.852, let me know if you're still slow on this version.
