I am locked on Verify E-Mail on website
Can you help me please

Please make sure you created an account for the game through https://ephinea.pioneer2.net/register/

I do believe game accounts and forum accounts are separate.

Also whitelist the ephinea folder in your antivirus , sometimes it removes the ephinea.dll
