Launching at Wrong Resolution

Hey guys, I have run into another issue. My game has recently started launching at the incorrect resolution. I have the game set to launch at 1920x1080 and it had been doing that with no problems (I use windowed mode and the hi-res hud). However, as of late the game is launching at whatever the setting is in the Advanced Settings tab. Strangely, if I launch the game over and over again it will eventually start with the correct resolution but it can take a large number of tries.

Any suggestions on how to fix the issue? Thanks for your help.
 
I've had this problem in the past, but it seemed like after using the new launcher it fixed it.
 
It sounds as if the client is taking too long to unpack into memory so the alterations are failing. Ensure that there is no program scanning psobb.exe when the client as it loads which would slow the client from loading. AV, Anti Malware and so on.
