Launcher Don't Show Up

Just Downloaded Client To My Laptop (windows 7). The Launcher Doesn't Work. Only Way I Can Access The Game Is psoBB exe.I Have All The Redists & The right
direct X. Any Comments etc. As Why This Is?
 
Who knows? If you've got .NET Framework 4.62 or higher, plus have installed the appropriate DirectX Runtime as well as the Visual Studio redistributables, you should be good to go.

Check your Event Viewer to see if there is an application crash and what DLL or whatever, then go from there.
 
Thank You Sodaboy. I Think My.NET Is Only 4.0 , So I'll Check That. Ihave The Right DirectX Runtime & redistributables From The Client Download.
