Item Duplicated?

So I was trading with myself via drop trade, had full inventory. I tried to pick up two items- A 30h Bringer's Rifle and a 60h Spirit Vulcan. I got an error message, changed blocks. Now I have 2 30h Bringers and no spirit Vulcans. a second block change has reverted but totally weirded out.

If a second block change fixed it, it's not a "dupe", just a sync error. It looks like a dupe client-side, but it's not actually a dupe.
