Is there a way to disable the bar at the top that tells when someone gets a rare drop/level 200?

Hello, new to Ephinea and Blue Burst and enjoying myself like I did back on GameCube. The only problem I've had so far is that bar constantly showing at the top saying [person] got [rare drop] from [enemy] or [person] got level 200. Is there a way to disable these messages from showing? I honestly don't need to know that some other people are achieving this when I'm still only level 20 or lower with my characters.

For what it's worth, the banners were far more prevalent when the rare item threshold was lower.

Thanks for the info. Must've been awful always seeing someone get DB Saber or Varista (though I assume it wasn't that ludicrous).

No, dear. There was NEVER a Banner for a DB Saber or Varista! Even if it was some astronomically high hit%...No Varista...GAE BOLG...DB Saber...Liberator...etc etc etc! Just the good stuff like SJS...(High HIT% Frozen Shooters/Spread Needles/LK38's...) Heaven's Punisher....Psycho Wand....*Drools a bucket!...*. XD!
