Help with logging in via game launcher

Greetings, I'm simply trying to login through the launcher with the correct username/password but it tells me that my username and or password is incorrect. I've even registered a new account and tried the same thing only to be met with the same results. I even checked to see if the app was being blocked in my firewall or antivirus app and everything was okay there too. Just not sure what to do.

I reeeallly wanna play this game again badly, any ideas?
 
Are you trying to log in with your forum account username and password?
