Help! I messed up my button bindings and now I can't get past the Character select

HELP! I accidentally screwed up the button bindings on my account, and now I can't even log in. I was trying to disable some button presses so that i could map them to keyboard events, and i bound all the actions to a single button (using the in-game "gamepad config"). Now, when i get to the character select screen, the "ok" button just immediately backs me out to login. I can't log in, and I can't change the button bindings back.

I tried it on a different machine and the settings are bound to my account and i get the same issue

i'm hoping some ephinea staff can clear those bindings or all the settings on my account
