Green ring bug (Respective tomorrow)

I completed the love check sidequest in TTF and obtained "Accessories", and according to pso-world you exchange that to an NPC after beating RT to obtain green ring. I gave the NPC the accessories and it disconnected me. Heres a screenshot of what it said. It also took the accessories from my inventory.

Hi, we'll have to update our quest reward list, I'll do this when I get back home shortly. (Won't need to restart the ship to do so.)

Is there any way to get the accessories back? Love check is a pain in the ass to complete.
