A friend and I found a bug with clearing a map then starting a GOV quest. This only happens when I am not the leader.
We were hunting for E2 rappys, we'd clear the first 2-3 rooms and start the government quest. If it is the same map, I spawn normally but the rooms are already cleared for me. I can also walk through doors the leader sees as closed. If the map is different I spawn onto the non-raised bridge in the middle of the map.
We tested this out in other episodes as well and the same thing happens.
EDIT : Another friend told me that when the GOV quest is started it says the room is not a season game.
