Games crashes when fire bullet off screen with/without DEP

Hello!

First I want to inform that I read the FAQ and the read_me. Maybe there is something I am doing wrong and if it is the case, I apologize.
There is this problem while entering the second phase of the dragon and also shooting offscreen. This seems to be a DEP crash from what Endet told me. However even enabled or disabled for PsoBB.exe, the issue persists.

Here what I did:
uninstall ephinea / install latest versions NET Framework (visual c++ already installed 2015-2026) / install ephinea / DEP with PsoBB.exe as exception / restart computer / lauch game from online.exe / fire gun offrscreen, crash, dragon too

Surprisingly I have two errors (in chronological order):
error1

Second try:
DEP windows only / restart computer / lauch game from online.exe / fire gun offscreen, crash, dragon too.
Same I have two errors:

I tried with online_win7.exe -> same issues (with and without DEP)
Same with online_compat.exe

and sometimes the following message pops and game shuts down: "the direct serice have been lost and canot be restored"
I play with Direct 3D 12 and tried with the Direct 3D 9.
