Game Disconnect Resulting in lost mag

Today I finished leveling up my mag Nidra by leveling its power to 50 on a Whitill male Force, as soon as I dropped the Nidra on the ground the game disconnected on both clients and resulted in the session closing. I no longer have my Nidra because of this and I lost hours of feeding. The shared bank has never worked for me so I have been forced to either trust others with my items or multi-boxing to feed a mag 1 level.

Is there anyway my Nidra could be recovered as I put hours into finally obtaining it. Im a fresh player on the server and this would be a huge deterrence if I lost something I spent most of my time on.
 
pretty sure you're SOL, i've never seen any precedent for these sorts of requests being fulfilled

As expected, well if anyone reads this and has a Ranger mag for seasonal that they don't use, I would gladly appreciate it!

Items will only be replaced if it was caused by a server bug. Disconnects aren't covered by this. You should use the Trade function, Shared bank (never known it not to work) to be safe in the future.
 
Bad luck.

Shared bank does not work with seasons characters.
