Game closing when I lobby out

When I lobby out, whether it is through /lobby or finishing a mission, the client will close. This only happens sometimes. I've had it not happen for a few hours and sometimes it happens after a few games. Has anyone else had this problem and did you find a solution?

Edit: Same thing just happened as a went through a TP

Open Windows Event Viewer and check Windows Logs > Application. Look for an Error for psobb.exe at the time the game crashed, then post the fault module and offset here.
