EU EP4 event quests fails to download

Episode 2 works just fine, confirmed by our party but episode 4 event is not available right now. We double checked a few times with diff configurations of the party and they can't be started.

This is on EU Lumreis ship only, works just fine on Fordra.

My bad, I must have forgotten to reload the list on Lumireis after I fixed it on Fodra and Auldrant. It will be fixed now.
