こんにちは、みゅーきぃと申します。
Ephinea様、10周年おめでとうございます！
みなさんイベントを楽しんでおられますでしょうか？

僭越ながら10周年を記念して、とある企画を開催いたします。

その名も…「ephineAAnni」！
(読み方は「えふぃーにえいえんに」)

ささやかではありますが賞品も用意しております。
ご参加、エンジョイしていただければ幸いです。

Spoiler: 企画の内容

■概要

・ストリーマーの皆様に「視聴者参加型配信」を行っていただきます
・配信内で特定のクエストを周回していただきます
　同時配信ではなく各ストリーマーのお好きな時間、お好きな長さで配信していただけます
　開催期間中でしたら何度でも配信していただけます
　もちろん、期間中に別内容の配信をしていただいても構いません

■ストリーマーの参加条件

・Youtube or Twitch配信
・配信タイトル内に「#ephineAAnni」の文字列を含む
・配信開始時に、当FORUMスレッド上にて開始の告知（代理人の投稿可能）
・配信アーカイブを14日間以上閲覧可能にする
　(配信トラブルのためにアーカイブを残せなかった場合、もしくは削除せざるを得なかった場合はご相談ください)
・後述の対象クエストを周回
　(同配信中の待ち時間や気分転換に別のクエストを周回しても構いませんが、後述の賞の対象外となる点にはご注意ください)

■視聴者の参加条件

・参加条件を満たしたストリーマーの配信の参加者
・同ストリーマー様の配信ルールを順守できる方
・他プレイヤーにリスペクトをもってゲームがプレイできる方
・本FORUMアカウント、Discordアカウントのいずれかをお持ちの方
　(賞品の受け取りに必要です。
　賞品に興味がなければ、両アカウントをお持ちでなくても配信自体に参加することは可能です)

■企画の目的

・10周年イベントを盛り上げたい！
・各ストリーマーの宣伝、およびEphineaの宣伝
・マイルストーン特典をみんなで解放したい！
　(私個人の意見としては、マイルストーンのポイントを稼ぐことは義務ではありません。
　マイルストーンポイントへの貢献度が低いプレイヤーがいたとしても、その方を責めるような言動や行動はお控えください)

■賞品の内容

・お好きな名前のES武器（no special）
　転売自由です
　私のお店の在庫にあるものは申請し次第、受け取り可能
　在庫切れのもの、オーダーメイド名称のものはご用意でき次第お受け渡し致します

　2025年9月30日(火)までにご用意できるよう努力致しますが、申請数が多い場合は遅くなってしまう可能性があります
　その際は遅くなる旨を連絡差し上げますので、何卒ご理解のほどよろしくお願い致します

■受賞の対象

・配信内のAAシリーズ周回中に、ドロップ品によるバナーを流す
　※メリキュスによるアギトはドロップ率が非常に高いため、唯一対象外とさせてください。申し訳ありません。
・配信内で同バナー品を拾い、「バナー品を発見しました」の文字を配信に載せる
　「/findprivacy」のコマンドをoffにしている必要がありますのでご注意ください。
・同バナー品を賞品と交換（もちろん辞退可能）
　受け取ったバナー品は後日まとめてBank auctionでPDにし、参加してくれたストリーマーのみなさんに
　「Ephineaを広めるのに貢献してくれたことに対する感謝」として均等に分配します。
　参加ストリーマー数で割り切れなかった端数は、賞に使用したES武器の支出の補填とさせてください。

■賞品の受け取り手順

・申請方法
　以下のいずれかを選択
　1. 本FORUMスレッド上にて申請
　2. Discordにて以下の手順で申請
　　- あなたが参加した配信のストリーマー様、もしくは私のアカウント(Discord: mewkey_psobb)へフレンド申請&DM
　　- 「申請用Discordサーバー」へ招待させていただきますので、そちらで申請
・申請に必要なご記入内容
　1. あなたがバナー品を発見した配信のURL
　2. バナー品を発見したあなたのキャラクター名
　3. 交換を希望するES武器の名称 (ローマ字大文字で8文字以内)
　4. 発見したバナー品の名称（正式名称でなくても、伝われば大丈夫です）
　　武器であれば属性、防具であれば付加値もご記入ください。
　　例1）mewkeyさんの配信に参加しました。Nug2000バズーカ[0/0/0/0/0]をHELL NEEDLEと交換したいです。
　　例2）mewkeyさんの配信に参加しました。Sパーツ ver2.01[0/7 0/7]をMEWKEY SABERと交換したいです。
・申請期限
　あなたがバナー品を発見した配信終了後7日間以内、もしくは配信中に申請
・受け渡し日、受け渡し方法
　私から連絡差し上げます。
　今しばらくお待ちください。

I'm planning a little Event (let me call "Project") in this event.
It will be called… "ephineAAnni"!

There will also be small Prizes available.
We hope you will participate , and enjoy it!

I'm sorry, but I don't have much time to translate all words by myself.

■Overview

・Streamers will be participating in "viewer-participation streams."
・You will be completing specific quests during the stream.
　Streamers will not be streaming simultaneously, but will be able to stream at their own time and for as long as they like.
　Streams are allowed as many times as they like during the project period.
　Of course, you are welcome to stream other content during this projects period.

■Streamer Participation Requirements

・YouTube or Twitch stream
・Include the string "#ephineAAnni" in the stream title
・Announce the start of the stream in this FORUM thread (posting by a proxy is acceptable.)
・ Make the broadcast archive available for viewing for at least 13 days.
　(If you are unable to save the archive due to broadcast issues or are forced to delete it, please contact me.)
・Only run the target quests listed below.
　(If you wanna run a different quest, please end the stream first.)

■Viewer Participation Requirements

・Participants in streams of streamers who meet the participation requirements
・Those who can abide by the streamer's streaming rules
・Those who can play the game with respect for other players
・Those who have a Forum account or a Discord account.
　(This is required to receive the prize. If you are not interested in the prize, you can still participate in the stream without having either account.)

The banner "Today's fortune has changed" will be used as the start and end signal.

■Purpose of this project

・To liven up the 10th anniversary event!
・To promote each streamer and Ephinea.
・To unlock milestone rewards together!
　(In my personal opinion, earning milestone points is not an obligation.
　Even if there are players who have not contributed much to milestone points, please refrain from blaming them.)

■Prize Details

・ES Weapon (no special) with the name of your choice
　Resale is permitted.
　Items in stock at my shop will be available for pickup upon request.
　Items that are out of stock or have custom names will be delivered as soon as they are ready.

　I will do my best to have your items ready by 2025年9月30日(Tue), but there may be delays due to a high number of requests.
　In such cases, I will contact you to inform you of the delay.
　Thank you for your understanding.

■Conditions for Receiving a Prize

・Display a banner of item drop during the stream.
　*Please note that Agito dropped by Mericus has a very high drop rate, so it is the only item that is not eligible.
　I apologize for the inconvenience.
・Pick up the banner item during the stream and post a caption stating "You found the banner item" during the stream.
　Please note that the "/findprivacy" command must be turned off.
・Exchange the banner item for a prize (you can decline, of course).
　The banner items received will be Bank Auctioned at a later date, and distributed equally among all participating streamers
　as a token of appreciation for their contributions to spreading Ephinea.
　Any remainder that is not evenly divisible by the number of participating streamers will be used to cover the cost of the ES weapons used as prizes.

　Choose one of the following:
　1. Apply on this FORUM thread.
　2. Apply via Discord using the following steps:
　　- Send a Friend request and direct message to my account (Discord: mewkey_psobb)
　　- You will be invited to the "application Discord server," where you can apply.
・Required information for application
　1. URL of the stream where you received the banner item
　2. Name of your character which found the banner item
　3. Name of the ES weapon you would like to trade. (Up to 8 characters)
　4. Name of the banner item you found. (It doesn't have to be the official name, as long as it's clear)
　　If it's a weapon, please also include the attribute, and if it's armor, please include the bonus stats.
　　Example 1) I participated in mewkey's stream. I would like to trade my Nug2000 Bazooka[0/0/0/0/0] for a HELL NEEDLE.
　　Example 2) I participated in mewkey's stream. I would like to trade my S-Parts ver.2.01[0/7 0/7] for a MEWKEY SABER.
