The update to 1.7.3 is a minor update but brings both good and bad.
First, the bad news, you can no longer change your sound effects volume at the lobby counter. It has to be changed in the launcher before starting the game. (You can still change your BGM and VOIP volumes, however.)
Now onto the good news, the sound effects volume code was updated to adjust ALL volumes, like it should have done in the first place.
Previously, volumes of certain things were not being scaled by your sound effect volume. Examples: Pioneer 2 and Ruins atmosphere sounds, rappies scurrying, etc. Now the volume of these sounds are properly scaled by your sound effect level.
