Elenor uses any lvl 50+ mag.
Takes Heart of YN-0117 mag cell to make.
You can get it by trading in an Item Ticket in an Episode 2 Event Shop.
Item Tickets (or any of the mag cells you can buy with it) usually sell for 5PD.
There are a couple of guys selling the mag cell for 3PD right now on their trade lists.
The rewards for trading in the Item Ticket are not randomized. You get to pick from a list. So no need in worrying about wasting your PDs if you buy one.
Elenor is unlocked on this server and is not restricted to certain classes/races.
I currently use one on my FOnewearl...which is not normally possible on other servers.

If you can't find an Item Ticket for sale by anyone; you can also get an Item Ticket by trading in Event Eggs (10 I think) at the Episode 2 Egg shop.
Event Eggs usually run around 2:1 PD. I believe this is based on the reward of 1 Event Egg trading for 1 Add Slot.
And usually 2 Add Slot sell for 1PD.
Which is where I think we get the 5PD price for the Item Tickets.
