Dropping tech disks shows "Dropped ????"

When I drop any disk, it shows on the right-hand side "Dropped ????", similar to dropping a rare.

Fixed in the code now, but won't be active until the next time I restart the ship. Will probably restart them early tonight for this and some other reasons. Thanks.
