Donating PB

Hope I'm in the right place, if not, feel free to move or delete
I'm having a problem when people donate PB. I always spammed the End button and it worked, but now it just shows chat options. I'm not the only one having this problem. Is there an alternative option or button you can use to recieve PB?

You got to hold whatever switches to your ALT pallet like for me its ctrl and hit end while holding ctrl down.

For me even if chat options appears, pb was still donated. Other than that I don't know any trick.
