Does anyone have the program that lets you swap weapon models/textures?

Technically you don't even need a program.
You can find some here http://psodev.free.fr/
AFS Explorer and AFS Manager are specifically for afs containers (which have the models and textures)
Texture Manager (2010) Lets you view and export/import textures as XVR and DDS.
You can refer to the list I posted somewhere, here is a link, to know which skin and model belong to each item.
Or you can download my ItemPMT Editor and look them up on it (it doesn't have a search feature yet tho).
