DLL Error

tried to play the game after not having logged in for a few months and seem to get a big DLL ERROR message on the bottom left of my screen. it also downloads this update every time i open the launcher. I've tried reinstalling and it didnt seem to change anything. i dont have any experience with errors like this so any help would be appreciated. when I try to get into the game it tells me that the server is full. ty alakaboom
allowing the online launcher through windows firewall fixed my issue
edit added it to defenders whitelist seemed to perma fix. odd that it was never an issue after years of playing.

weird that its never done that to me before. I only use windows defender and that hasnt changed in years of playing psobb
