In the first room with the Ill Gills, if you walk by that big rock at the back of the room that people rarely ever walk up to, it seems like you can no longer target or hit any enemies. Similar to the wrong floor glitch back in TE before the warp, but not sure if it's really the same thing or not.
Now this only happened once so it's not really confirmed this will always happen or that this is the cause but that's how it seemed like it worked to me.
