I see this on the server along with the drop rates but I have no idea what it is. Could someone explain to me what DAR is?

DAR = Drop Anything Rate

The rate at which an enemy will drop anything.

Just as NDW said... to elaborate a bit on it and the procedure.

roll_1 (DAR)
If you "lose" it, gg try again.
If you "win" it, go to roll_2.

roll_2 (Rare or not)
If you "win" it, get the rare
If you "lose" it, get a "common" drop, be it weapon, armor, frame, tool etc...
