Crash Log?

Where does it go? I looked in the "log" folder and checked the "error" file and didn't see anything. My friend's game keeps crashing every 10 minutes or so. No messages seem to pop up or anything. It just stops and goes back to the desktop.

My friend said he's done the FAQ steps and everything.

Any ideas?

There isn't really any log for that.
Try lowering the resolution.. or running the .reg file in the game folder.

Is he playing classic fullscreen?

If yes, then popups will crash it (you can't alt+tab classic fullscreen, so anything that steals focus and forces PSO to minimize crashes it)
