Hi all,
I've looked through all the tech threads I can to see what fix I could prescribe to this issue but cannot find any resolution.
Things I've tried:
Any ideas? I'd Love to get back into this. I've had several lv.80ish characters on the original Dreamcast version(56k) and have been trying to find a reliable fan server. I'm so close.
System specs:
Windows 10 home 64bit
16gb ram
Intel i5-4670k CPU 3.4 GHz
NVidia GTX 970 (drivers up to date)
my installation path is on a non-boot drive, so a secondary internal drive I use for games.
Nothing in the log files I could find useful.
Thanks for the help all, can't wait to start slaying again.

Things I've tried:
- Turned off Advanced Effects
- Matched resolutions between the launcher and the graphics window.
- Turned off all AV, windows defender, etc...
- Tried multiple configurations with the graphic settings, such as windowed mode, classic full screen and hi-res settings.
