Confused about the drop chances

Hello fellow player :3

Im really confused about the chances of getting a certain item since googling is kinda of not helping me.

My question is basically really simple. I know that section ids have an impact on drops however when googling for those drops there are alot of difference and i dont know what to trust.
One example:

says the item is farmable by every section id on vh

http://wiki.pioneer2.net/index.php?title=V801
says is only farmable on ultimate by purplenum pinkal and oran

so what source should i trust?
Any help is appreciated :3

The wiki is correct.
pso-world sucks, and large parts of it aren't relevant to private servers ^^

if a lobby is created by someone with an oran section id will the drops only be oran-related?

If an Oran makes the room, the drops will be Oran yes. The room ID doesn't change even if the creator leaves.
