Threatened a Quit?
How would me staying or going matter?
I decided to stop playing, because the offered experience was not provided.
But How could I ask for consideration, when literally there's a stickied post citing "We don't take suggestions" now how should someone perceive that when they're already feeling like things aren't thoroughly thought of or thought to heavily upon?
here let me start over then, would that be more acceptable?
Hello, sorry for my prior correspondence. I was frustrated, and yes tired when I posted like a yammering manchild. I was hoping to find somewhere to provide my feedback but was left feeling dismissed by a stickied post refusing to accept any suggestions. So as it may, I'll just provide a clear feedback, from my experience up to this point for your consideration.
EXP steal, while it's been the way it is for some time, and I understand why- to circumvent RecoBoxing, it also destroys the intended function of the ability. resulting in a pointless ability. While infinite exp is rather excessive, limiting Exp steal to a single Kills rate is also undermining the purpose of even having it. We'd be better off adjusting it to regain it's meaning say- 2.5x the exp? Otherwise removing it altogether? A last resort could be EXP Charge, which uses EXP (like Meseta in Charge) to cause more damage, this could be based on "accumulating" exp, not total exp. Or based on total Exp so it scales with the progressed levels.
This been around for years, but isn't entirely an issue I have.
Smaller things, TTF being removed, means we cannot get rings. What alternatives could there be? Is it possible to enable quests with reduced rates of drops/exp to offset the scaled Exp? or Set Daily limits on a Quest?
The Shops, and other exchangeable items. The experience with the Class Walls left me concerned what if I start farming/grinding for another item, like say the Ragol RIng, but then after all my efforts, I find out it's been removed with no warning. I have no way to tell, and I don't want to waste my time.
Between finding ways to gruelling level, and ways to pass the time- Wasting that time is something I want to avoid, but have very little means on what to avoid.
My issue, in any game, is once I spend hours in it, all the sneaky little changes pop up out of nowhere, and POOF there goes the fun, and it's frustrating when it's avoidable things or little things.
I understand the Ranger Wall in this case could be considered OP, adding 20ata to a Ranger, but myself barely being in Ult, I have to grind another character for a God/Arm, that Ranger wall would have helped, but even then, all my weapons were equipable so I wasn't losing sleep over it.
But if the reason to remove it was because of the ATA bonus- then Remove the S-Parts for adding ATA as well in as equal fairness. All I'm saying. (Edit, stated crapload of ATP, I was thinking D-parts, edited)
Events.
It would be more appreciative to have events run sooner in the month, rather than at the last week. Even if rates are reduced, it gives people more incentive to play together. Which is something classic could really benefit from, and I was looking forward to it, but there was nothing till yesterday. Which, was kind of a let down, especially when no one at all could confidently say *when* the event was going to be. That was not pleasant to witness, sorry to say.
I do appreciate what you've all been doing, and I understand it isn't easy, but I couldn't find any input on what all changed in the Classic Mode and guesswork on things is hit or miss, I thought Seat of the heart was removed, but found out it wasnt after some questions and searching. But not everything is so crystal clear or easy to find out and that's where I request further communication. What are the minor differences, quest differences, and removed items. All I ask.
Sorry for being snippy, I have my reasons, and I tried not to be that way.
