Character data missing?

Hello,

I haven't logged in since... May or June, and I can log in fine but my account only has 4 empty slots now.

I had a 170-180 Ramar (Nuke) who had quite a few good items (red ring, SN W/hit ect ect)

Any idea why I am seeing this? I have not touched anything... IE: made a new character and won't until I find out what's up.

Check in the launcher that the "slots" are 1-4, there is a drop down list in the top right.
 
Ah ok... odd development. On my wifes machine, my account works. On my computer, my account doesn't.

So something must be wrong with my client.
 
It might not be updating the registry or something?
Try to run the launcher as admin.

Couldn't help it..anyways..i hope it gets sorted/resolved soon. Maybe send an admin a message with your details and the sitch so they can check what up. (don't post details here)
