Hi ! i want to change the color of my character, on the GC in the old time simply need 10k meseta on you and the wardrobe option just appear ! but in ephinea, how it works ! thanks

You need to create or join team, that has dressing room unlocked. To unlock it, you turn rare weapons and armor into teampoints and unlock the option at the lobby counter.
