Change HBR points required to rank up depending on # of quests in rotation

Hiya, folks! Currently, you need the same amount of points in each quest to rank up; regardless of whether there are 3 quests in the rotation or 5.

This makes the ease at which you can reasonably rank up vary greatly from month to month.

For example, getting S rank during PoD/TTF/RT is significantly easier than getting S rank in all five War of Limits quests, most of which are pretty long.

I just think there should be different rank up thresholds depending on number of quests in the rotation.

Not a big deal and I can understand that this would probably upset some people.

Just a thought.

I understand your reasoning.

But, I think we should keep it the same. Boss rush HBR isn't the best example because it is probably the least rewarding HBR in terms of utilizing DAR boosts. But if you think about it, doing a WOL set with randoms is about as time consuming as a PW set, or MA4 Ep2 set under the same conditions.

We just got V101 back to 15 PD, please don't make HBR any easier. It is already rewarding enough.

this is one of the thing that "tingles" me. you will "lost" the bonus until you gain them all equally. BUT I think it's better than nothing.

Question about the HBR boost: Is it the total of points of each character in a party which give a DAR bonus OR each character (which have done the HBR) give a DAR bonus? i.e my friend have 18 points and I have 12..is it 10%+11% (21% DAR) or 18p+12p=30 Points (15% DAR)? thx for answering!

type /partyinfo during a game it will tell you your current boosts
 
I do somewhat agree with this, but other things need to be taken into account. Like last year's MAE quests for the 2nd anniversary had tons of quests but it was still easy to rank up since they were short. Also WL4 is great for getting hs which is super good and valuable so this is one of the better hbr quests due to that IMO.

Edit: Actually this hbr is kinda bad. You can just use purple POD during rare enemy week to hunt hs about as well as you can in this even if you have a huge hbr boost. It's probably better to just not play or not play much, so you'll feel more like playing a whole lot when the anniversary event starts, which will have like 2x the drop, rare, and rare enemy rates and also drop badges and have easier quests to kill lots of good enemies in.
