Cant connect but i see others online

I keep getting the error number no903 servers might be under maintenance, but i can see 20+ players online, been trying and looking around for a while now and i can't seem to fix it. Any ideas anyone?
 
Have you tried restarting/resetting your PC/router between connection attempts? Also make sure your firewall (windows and sometimes AV firewall) aren't blocking the game. These are common things people overlook. Even if you whitelist the ephinea folder sometimes with some antivirus you need to do individual exe's in both file system monitors and internet monitor.
 
Probably has DLL error on the title screen too. Most likely getting jammed by your AV.
 
I have tried my fire wall and still nothing, I have reset my pc a good few times aswell and i disabled my anti virus :S
 
When you launch the game does it say !DLLERROR! In the bottom left?
