Can I change my pc with same account I have played cuz bitlocker killed my old one.

I changed my pc and is there anyhow I can play my old account?

hello guys.
this is my first time to post a thread.

I am Japanese fun of PSO since when I was young.
I've been playing this Ephinea from last Nov always sololy.

just around last month, My Surface pro3 got killed by bitlocker and I cant fix the problem.(tried lots of something)

so I changed my pc but it seems to be no log-in form here.

I hope there is one...
