Buggy Hi-Res bank text after Ephinea 1.7.02 patch

Description:

When Hi-Res font is enabled and a font resolution of 72 is selected, moving either up or down in the "amount" menu of the bank, the final digit is shifted towards the right, causing the "ones" digit to disappear. Additionally, the "Meseta/Item" display is also enlarged and oddly indented (displayed below).

Reproduction steps (100% chance of this happening)

1. Enable High-Res font
2. Set Font Resolution to 72
3. Start the game and enter the "Deposit/Take" menu and select the Meseta Option
4. Press either up or down on any digit.
5. The text is now shifted
6. Going back will also show the Meseta/Item display incorrectly indented

Additional Notes:

• No addons are currently installed. There are no modified base files
• This issue does not occur when "Font Render Method = Normal"
• This issue occurs with both the Arial/Tahoma font selected
• This issue is less severe when Font Resolution = Auto (In this case, the text shifts slightly towards the right, but the window is also erroneously extended)
