Colors help, so remember that white names are in normal mode, coral-colored, pinkish names are in hardcore mode, and olive, dark brown names are in sandbox mode. I also participate in two teams listed below, and I can recruit players into these teams since I have the blue colored names in both teams.

I couldn't agree more myself if I tried @Matt! I think being new is fine for players that like to press restart actually. It's okay to start over and turn a new leaf.
