Also, Black Paper's Deal 1 also has the chance to drop meseta. But I think you all know that...

So where is Liberta Kit on Ephinea once this goes into effect? MA4?

I don't know, sorry. Most likely from MA4, though. Can't confirm since I have not combed through the quest files or even played much of it. PSOW seems to think so, though: http://www.pso-world.com/items.php?op=v ... artid=2449

Anyhow, the updated list comes from the JP Wiki (sources included in an updated post up top).

Also, side note, the missing MA4 quests will return once the server restarts tomorrow.

Sol, Moon and Star atomizers, damn. Are the chances to get those higher or the same as all the other items in the pool?

ATM, every item has the same exact chance to drop. All the server does is do a random roll into the index and whatever you land on, you get.

I'm sure this could probably do with some tweaking.

We have the actual quest code, but the item list isn't inside of the quest, or I can't find it anyhow.

I was just curious if the original quest had some kind of guarantee of getting at least a certain number of good items.
