the thing with the barta lag fix is it comes with like 3 or 4 versions
make sure you read the readme file cuz one of them makes barta and frozen enemies surrouding ice invisible

I really only lagged with CCA's fog, in a Pentium4 with no dedicated Graphics Card , the "Anti CCA fog" worked fine.
The pc from walmart just by the name is shit is really crappy, even crashed the client a few times, definitely not recommended.
