I created a Brightness Circle with Star Amp + ~Medium Spirit Garment.

DFP +0
EVP +0

Always 0d?

I think you have to just find a Brightness Circle to get a good one.

Unless it was changed, they should have kept the stats on Ephinea. But the maximum one could get from a Spirit Garment is +7 DFP and +5 EVP.

It might be the case this was unintended -- when making Lafuteria, the armor would display as min at first, but it will regain the stats after changing block. Was it still +0/+0 after changing block?
