Have to remember that it's an event-only item too, so while it is obtainable right now, eventually it won't be and a lot of people aren't going to let them go for little since they could just hold onto it until people can't get it anymore.
I will say here that items will eventually come back, as I'd rather not leave things unobtainable forever (such as 3 Seals over at SCHTServ... lol), but who knows when that will be?
