Anniversary Badges trade up to last years badges

I don't know if this is intentional or not but I traded some 3rd Anniversary bronze badges for silver and it gave me 2nd Anniversary silver badges. If this is intentional then that's fine but I thought I should bring it up in case it's not.
 
It looks like the trade up for 3rd Anniversary Bronze to 3rd Anniversary Silver, as well as the trade up for 3rd Anniversary Silver to Gold, was not updated from the old table.

Please do not exchange those for now. It will be fixed in an upcoming ship restart.
